Reel

Look Deidre! I got a picture! And this actually took considerable editing to get everything just right. And I used the high pass filter! Not sure if I used it how it was intended, but it made it look better, and that's what counts, right? Right. Really was just practicing touch-ups and more specific sharpening techniques. It might be a tad over-sharpened, but oh well. Live with it; I am.


The reel is from 1961. It's my mom's zoo trip, I think. Exciting, I know. I thought I'd go retro with the project. I'll probably (hopefully) be getting my grandpa's old photo camera from the 1940's for Christmas, and hopefully the camera that recorded the above film. I like old things like that. They're awesome.
